Meditation
Join us on Wednesdays from 7 - 8:15 pm as we practice being present moment-by-moment. We will cultivate awareness and compassion
with a short guided meditation followed by periods of silence and a reading.
Please note: The Wednesday Meditation practice continues virtually, via Zoom, every Wednesday evening at 7pm.

The first class is always Free. After that, a drop in class is 10.00 or you may
purchase a series of 6 for 50.00.
